We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the rooms were fully functional with very comfortable beds. Hotel's location was marvellous and brilliant as it was nearby a subway station. They recommended a good restaurant for French cuisine.

New-fashioned room, magnificent view of the garden. Marvellous and lovely location for christmas in Paris. And just 15 min walking to city centre.

Friendly managers who will always help. Excellent location: attractions, subway, shopping, restaurants - everything is close by. The place is quiet, though in the center. Facilities and equipment are fresh. Cozy and friendly. Wi-fi is good and everywhere.
They can't judge the quality of breakfast, because they never did. If you look from the outside, everything seems to be at the right level. Only the price is not the best, 15 euros per person. It's easier, cheaper and more varied to eat around the corner. If you're being naughty, I'd make shelves in the shampoo shower. Well, the size of the rooms is, of course, at its limit. Although it's typical of Paris. The beds are nice and wide, but they're unusually short. Mine were 5'5" into the bed.

Only thing good about this hotel was the location. Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was very disappointing. carpets and curtains in the room was dirty and smelly. Shouldn't have stayed in this hotel.

very modern and nicely styled furniture etc , helpful staff , good location near Opera and restaurants . The Roissybus from CDG stops a few metres away . Wi Fi included . Free coffee in the afternoon in reception
Noise in the room from nearby bar into the early hours in spite of a request for a quiet location . Room small although adequate .

Great helpful staff in a great location. New well designed hotel with small rooms but very well appointed.
Plastic plates, knives and forks for the not inexpensive room service. But tasted good.

Very clean, good room soundproofing. It's a good breakfast. Great location.
Basically everything is fine, but in my case the problem was that my windows were facing the street and the room next to the hotel was an Irish bar. I was a guest at the hotel from Friday to Monday, so Friday was very noisy until 3:00 a.m., and the people actually celebrated Friday. And on Saturday there was a rugby final and one of the teams won, the fans of which were the visitors of this bar (as I understand it), because this time the whole street was walking and it was until 5 am)), and the epicenter was in the unfortunate bar of course))). But Sunday and Monday were quiet and cozy)). So maybe you should choose a room with windows in the yard. (Unless of course the repair in the yard begins, they were going to, I understand, in general check with the hotel).

It's a small budget hotel. Just open a week before our arrival to this hotel. The rooms n toilet very clean coz it's still new though. But very very small rooms. The bed were comfortable. the toilet very cold as if there's an outside cold air flowing into d toilet.
The staff not really appreciated us for staying there. Maybe because we are Asian. The housekeeping face never smile... And make face if we are still in d rooms when she wants to clean the room. She even scold my children's for walking on d corridor to go to the other rooms without me!!

I stayed in this terrific hotel for 7 days, had very positive experience, loved its amazing location so close to all the main sights, the Opera Garnier and many tourist attractions. Everyone was extremely cordial and very good as well as owner.

Rooms are small for the price!!! Noise from street traffic can ruin sleep quality!!! Lack of refrigerators limits comfort during longer stays!!! Wi-Fi issues add frustration for business travelers!!! Storage space is inadequate for personal items!!!

early arrival was organized very easily and quickly, room was released already, we were checked in at 11 am! Excellent plumbing, softest and comfortable bed, cozy bed linen, cleanliness and comfort at the highest level! hotel has a very comfortable air conditioning system, is again a rarity in Paris, more often for this money you will be offered a fan or a battery! little frozen - 27 degrees and room is hot, room quickly cooled to 21 degrees. Obviously, hotel is relatively renovated, very neat! There are a lot of electrical outlets in the room, is a rarity in Parisian hotels in the center, proximity to shopping centers make the hotel attractive for shoppers, for those who want to visit tourist places - the proximity to the subway and walking accessibility of the main ones. staff is more than friendly, always happy to help, whether it's to give us a hint, help with our suitcases or just to open a bottle of wine, we'd take the dishes downstairs in the living room and go up to the room with our wine and products and have a comfortable snack! There's a big supermarket near the hotel, again is rare! Typically on the streets there are small with high prices, there is also a large selection of everything you want, at nice prices! There are a lot of cafes outside, for every taste!
There are no drawbacks, the hotel fully complies with the declared qualities! The only flaw: The hotel has charged the amount for one night's stay, and on check-in we paid the full price, so the full amount plus one night is charged. This amount will be unlocked only after departure (it is an insurance amount, in case of loss to the hotel), which is not written anywhere at the time of booking, there is nothing wrong with it, internal rules, but you must calculate that you must have free money for this lock, which by the way, not immediately after unlocking will be credited to the account.

We explored the beautiful Madeleine and Opera areas nearby. The location is perfect, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was cozy, and the breakfast was just what we needed to kickstart our days. Highly recommend checking it out!

Central position
Breakfast facilities were much too crowded and food presentation was poor. Not worth the money The hotel was too expensive for what was provided,
